How does it work?
Our templates are thoughtfully designed for convenience, but we’re happy to customize them to match your vision. Just email or message us your ideas, and we’ll do our best within the platform's limits.
Once you process and confirm the payment, kindly send in all necessary details. We will start working on your website once everything is in place. Kindly proceed only if you're ready, as this may take a few minutes.
3. Pay the down payment.
We ask that you pay half of the entire price of the total bill to cover necessary operational cost. The remainder is payable after we gave the final output.
4. Check your website.
Once the details are given, we will show the initial website. Revisions will be collected afterwards.
5. Revisions, as needed.
Depending on the package that you choose, there will be allotted number of revisions allowed .Please review your package and the revisions guideline so you will be guided accordingly.
6. Done and delivered.
Once you're satisfied with the edits or the revisions are maxed out, we'll send you the final website that you can send out to your guests!

What events are available?
We can make website for events such as wedding, birthdays, dedication/baptism, etc. Please send us an email at yourinvitation@withlovehopefaith.com if it is not yet part of our templates.
How long does it take to create my online invitation?
Given that all contents needed are complete, it takes around 5-7 business days to develop the webpage. This is on top of any revisions made.
Can I pay a rush fee?
While this moves your project up the queue, the initial website design will still take 3-4 business days to complete. We strongly recommend booking well in advance to ensure your project is completed on time without delays.
What's considered a revision?
Changes to fonts, colors, images, or text that weren’t provided at the start will count as a revision. Revisions can be requested after delivery — we’ll collect all that you want to revise, and wait 12 hours before making the updates.
Can I keep my website?
Clients will have access to their created invitations and related data for up to 12 months from the creation date or 3 months after the event date, whichever comes later. On the other hand, client can also request to have the website archived.
What happens if I need to postpone or cancel my event?
If you need to postpone or cancel your event, just let us know. We can update or deactivate your online invitation for you. Please note that refunds are not available for cancellations, but we can adjust the invitation if your event is rescheduled.
Can you do a website for commercial use?
Our services are solely focused on creating personalized event invitation websites, we currently do not offer business or commercial website designs. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to recommend resources if needed!
