Pricing: The price of the templates is listed in our Package List. Prices may change without prior notice, but if you have agreed with the previous price with proof, you may provide that to honor the quoted price.
Down Payment: For security purposes, we require a down payment of half the agreed price, the remaining balance should be paid within 24-48 hours after website creation. Once the website has been approved and no payments has been received within the next 48 hours, we have the right to disable all access to the given link.
Refunds: Refunds for the down payment and actual payment are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by applicable law. If you need to cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances such as a death or serious emergency, we understand and may be able to offer a refund or credit. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your situation, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs and templates provided by Your Invitation – with love hope faith remains our property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for personal use and online invitations.
